Delivery and Shipping Policy

Voxware Delivery Policy:


In stock products will be processed and sent out for shipment within 2-3 business days. Any orders received after 2 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day. Arrival time will depend on the shipping method chosen. Voxware uses Fed Ex as their only carrier for deliveries. Voxware is not responsible for any deviation or delays in ship times. If ordering an out of stock product, Voxware will contact you within 48 hours to inform you of the delay. Voxware will do their best to provide an estimated ship date during this 48 hour period, but circumstances may occur where this information may not be available within this time period.


Voxware Shipping Policy:



All orders are shipped within 48-72 hours Monday - Friday. Any order received after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking


If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.


Shipping Rates


The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, the value of the products to be shipped, Voxware’s handling charge and your location.  Before the final checkout page you will be shown the cost of shipping and you will then have a chance to cancel your order.


Back Orders


If an item is placed on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the backlogged item becomes available we will ship the remaining balance of your order. If you prefer not to have partial shipments please note this at the time the order is placed.
